Study X – an interactive learning tool used at John F Kennedy Catholic High School Study X, a software program that allows students to create their own review material, was recently installed on all student laptops at John F. Kennedy High School in Manchester. John F Kennedy has had a 1:1 laptop program since the fall of 2004. Mary Lynn noted that Study X is a good study tool for the digital generation. No matter what their learning style, Study X allows students a fun, interactive choice for studying. Mary Lynn |

I just want to thank you for developing this software. My son has a disability that makes handwriting difficult. Each week he is required to make notecards for new vocabulary words and every 2 weeks or so make a study guide or practice test. Your software has made it possible for him to complete these assignments independently. If he had to do them by hand or even of his own design on the computer it would take him hours. He is in regular classes and is bright as anything. Thank you for helping him shine. …he reformats them, prints them out on label paper and sticks them onto index cards which works quite well. Again thank you for your software. Disabled Student’s Mother Peggy Conner |

Thanks for all that you have done for our students. Study X has proved helpful to a number of our students, especially those who like to work with computers and are easily bored by routine activities. While we all know that it takes numerous repetitions to learn new terms and new information, many students don't have the patience to make the cards that have long been the most common method used to achieve this goal. The sheer act of entering the terms and definitions as well as questions
and answers provides a number of repetitions. Then students learn
painlessly because they find that "playing Study X games are much more
interesting than going over and over boring cards." Because students are
mastering computer skills at earlier and earlier ages, Study X should
prove beneficial to students from the second grade through college. |

I like the way I could have the questions made into a test with an answer sheet. I am studying on my own, and it's the only way I have of testing what I know. I've been using the program for the purpose I had bought it for which was to use it like flash cards since I don't have a teacher to give me tests. I've been studying Latin with it… Your program has been very stable with no bugs popping up. Good work. :) Graphics wise...the gold on the red is very nice. I like that the close button is different from the others. I do like the "skip question" button very much. BTW, I really like these test features of yours, this would really be a handy feature for teachers… Making up tests is hard work. I'm using your latest version and I like it so much better. It looks nicer, works better. A $$$$ very well spent. It does everything I want it to do and more. Thumbs up! Okay, now I'm really done. I like it. I like the way it looks. It looks much more polished. The test part is a real bonus...and the reason I bought your program over another. It functions better, and is more versatile. Here's to lots more sales for you...enough to buy you a Porsche....(not that you'd have to buy a Porsche, just that you could if you wanted to.) |

Well right now I am in Medical school and searched around for any software that could help me study. I downloaded several trial programs and found that they were either poorly developed or could not be used for the advanced studies that med school requires. Study X was definitely the best product I could find... Makes studying easy and fast... It helped so much on my first gross anatomy exam that I immediately bought the full version before the demo expired... I think that it is great, easy to use, and has helped me greatly... Thanks for the great product! Medical Student Nick |
